This 20,000 sf clinic, situated within a constrained 6th floor of an existing building on the Swedish First Hill campus, combined two organ transplant programs into one locations in order to better serve the patients, staff and community. It contains an outpatient clinic, staff offices and facilities, and a state-of-the-art research laboratory. The new space optimizes the functional needs of the clinics while providing a more pleasant and delightful experience for the patients and their families.

Project architect, job captain; client and user group interaction; programming and pre-design studies; site documentation;  test fits; schematic and design development; BIM modeling and documentation; consultant meetings and coordination; materials selection; code studies and analysis; health and building department permitting; construction documentation; equipment coordination; signage; furniture selection; bidding; construction administration (RFI’s, submittals; contracts; contractor coordination; site visits; budgeting; project closeout); as-builts; post-occupancy coordination and evaluation.
