STATUS: Under Construction

This project is a forty story mixed-used tower located along a prominent transit arterial in downtown Seattle. Aside from the commercial spaces at the ground level, the main tenant will be the innovative workplace company WeWork/WeLive. The building is made up of two floors of retail, 11 floors of office space, one floor with an occupied green roof and amenities, two floors of hotel and short term rental units, and  25 floors of market-rate micro-units and amenities. The tower also features a top floor, double height penthouse containing amenities and sweeping, 360-degree views of the city and Puget sound. 

Role + Contributions: Project architect; curtain wall coordination, detailing and design; materials research and selection; client, contractor and consultant interface; mechanical, structural and plumbing coordination; green roof design and detailing; envelope and assembly research, detailing and coordination; residential unit design and coordination, specifications writing and research, code/life safety research and documentation, permitting coordination; Revit/BIM modeling and management.
